Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for your purchase. We cannot wait for you to receive your Forgiven Apparel!

 

Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days Monday-Friday (this does not include weekends or holidays). Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

 

After your order is received, your shipping label will be created and a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Your tracking number will allow you to track your package, see when it has been scanned by USPS, and when it has arrived. You can do this online through the carrier’s website at www.usps.com. If your order has not been received in the estimated shipping time frame, please contact us at info@frgvnapparel.com.

 

Forgiven Apparel is not responsible for any shipping address discrepancies including, but not limited to missing contact information, incorrectly delivered shipments, or misplaced items. In the event that you receive notification from USPS that your package has arrived, but you are unable to locate it, please contact your local post office or USPS directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to have the best experience when shopping online with us, but in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our policy for returns:

 

You can return or exchange merchandise within 30 days of the order shipment date for a full refund to the original form of payment. Return or exchange unworn, unwashed, undamaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise only. Forgiven Apparel reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not satisfy the Return Policy. All sale items are final sale. 

 

If a refund is requested for an incorrect or defective product, original shipping cost will also be refunded to the original form of payment. Domestic orders in the amount of $50 or more will receive a pre-paid return label via email upon request. For domestic orders less than $50, you as our customer are responsible for shipping cost. An invoice will be provided via email prior to receiving a return label upon request. 

We are unable to provide our international customers with a pre-paid return label, which means that you as the customer are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. However, we will refund the full shipping cost from your original order, along with the returned product.
